Absolutely abysmal. The WORST BofA branch I’ve ever been to. The only good thing about this place is Harry Nelson.
The banking experience was perfect! My banker is and was so friendly, sweet and kind. She spoke with a heavy Spanish accent but was very knowledable in English also!!!! Please recommend my banker to others who will also have an unforgettable baking experience which can make anyone feel great about our finances and money or lack of- joking! I've gone early morning, afternoon, after work and this place always has a line and the tellers are so slow. I always wait at least 20 mins just to be helped. Parking is horrible. Do not recommend.
I went to this branch today and made a withdrawal and needed a debit card issued for one of my accounts. I was told that a banker would be able to help me. One person was already being helped but saw no other person and I took a look as view was obstructed due to hallway and glass. I asked a woman who was sitting at her desk for assistance. She wasn’t with anyone and or on the phone. She told me one minute and then never came out of her cubicle to assist me or to inform me that she was not going to help me.
