Nothing in this world can be counted on to last forever.....it is a real disappointment to me that this branch is closing. It is a very peaceful, cozy branch. Some people complain that the parking lot is too small or that the wait times are too long.... the parking lot seems adequate enough to me....the lot at the mariner branch is downright dangerous and more congested. I went in on a Saturday Aug 26th due to someone compromising my acct . I was worried I had to wait for a new card to come one the mail to use my acct again. Jeremy Gustafson was working at this branch this day. I’m 65 and needed help. He helped me with putting my new card on my phone so I can use it immediately, he took me to the atm to show me how to use it, and gave me his card if I had any other problems. This bank is outstanding! I needed to wire money at the last minute, and Christine Jenkins went above and beyond to help me. She was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. I had previously visited another location where I received little to no assistance, but Christine immediately greeted me and took care of everything. Thanks to her quick action, I was able to wire the funds needed to close on my home. What could have been a very stressful situation was made completely stress-free.
