The hourly line monitor employee needs training in customer service. Incredibly rude with a bad attitude. Poor representative of b of a. I do half a million a year with my business that I won’t be doing with Bank of America anymore because of this guy.
I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 10 years. I issued a cashier’s check that never arrived at its destination, and when I asked to stop/cancel it, I was told I have to wait 90 days. This is unacceptable! I need to pay the recipient now, but the bank won’t let me cancel the check. Very frustrating experience for a loyal customer!
