Horrible service. The relation manager Martin said that he cannot notarize real estate related documents. I have done this at least dozen times in other branches and this is the first time I heard about that.
Horrible branch - the worst customer service: impolite, rude and barely functioning.
Horrible service. The man I met with gave me completely incorrect information about opening a CD. No understanding of how to calculate monthly compounding interest. I will be going back to close the accounts I just opened - the only good aspect of how they do business is the 10 day grace period (assuming that part of what he claimed is correct!). Do not come here to invest money or to have your questions answered accurately.
Rude every single time. Whether it’s the gentleman who sits at one of the cubicles or the woman behind the counter. They just make it more complicated than any other branch location and one time the guy even tried telling me I was missmanaging my money in a very rude way after seeing my account. Once I told him he was a fool for suggesting such a thing and that I had a larger account with another bank he insisted until I had to just walk out what bank what branch location I had that account at and why would I do such a thing... read more
I have been a BOA customer my whole life and never have I had such an unwelcoming feeling. It's unfortunate that this is my local branch, worst customer service....The girl behind the counter looked and sounded miserable with the guy in front of me... great, now my turn I handed her my drivers license because I lost my bank card and needed to withdraw money.. she doesn't even take my license and just looks at me and says "give me your social"..... ummm can you please would have been nice...?
