We are out of cash. And System is down... That's what I was told more than once when I went in to cash a money order. BTW I have been a bank of america customer since 2003.

Waited more than an hour to deposit morning and in weekday, multiple people working inside, but not helping one with one staff, who is trying to help everybody, short staffed or not sharing their work enough

This branch has terrible hours and even if you show up during their “open hours,” they are still closed! It is so mismanaged.

I receive consistently terrible service from BOFA. I cannot believe the unreasonable holds placed on everything deposited, including Cashier's checks from large reputable financial institutions. I was told in the lobby at this location that BOFA caters more towards businesses and less towards individual consumers which is the reason for excessive risk mitigation.
