This is bothering me so I'm gonna write. I live in Cobb. When I walk into the bank they treat me as if I have a million dollars there. Here, the last treated me like I didn't matter. When she finally addressed me, she told me she couldn't notarize a document for me because my mom does not have an account. Maybe those are the rules but I've had a rep notarize a doc for us on Cobb. Based on this experience, I see why this bank has a lot of low marks.

It wasn't crowded. I like the new machines they have too. Security was present.
Imani, the young lady who counts the cash, acted as if she were disgusted that I was bringing cash to the bank, not realizing that if people continue to be directed to use the ATM, there will be no purpose in having human resources. Her attitude was very poor and sarcastic. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service.
