Friendly customer service the only issue is only one teller to do deposits … sometimes a bit of a wait, it’s a busy area there should be more staff to assist customers.
Just useless staff, they couldn’t help resolve simple matter of check refund. Made multiple appointments and now I can’t even do that on the app. Relationship bankers and manager just wasted my time and are absolutely clueless themselves.
Denis was super helpful and took care of my last minute walk in request just before closing. I was actually denied at another nearby location 15-20 minutes prior (which is understandable) but I was very pleasantly surprised after trying my luck here. He was quick, professional, and kind, and I would gladly go out of my way to visit a location with staff like Denis.
