Shameful. Seems like a lazy excuse of a bank. They’re closed on Saturdays. They close at 4pm instead of 5pm. I think this location doesn’t meet the requirements of a decent reliable business and I do not keep my money here.
In such a busy location, I'm baffled as to why they only have ONE teller!!
On October 22, 2025, between 1:00 and 1:15 p.m., I went to cash my own $2,500 check, issued by my employer (Walmart). The teller, rude and disrespectful, refused to cash my check even after verifying my ID and confirming the check was under my name. I don’t understand why he refused to pay me if it was my money and everything was correct. I had to deposit it in my own bank because they simply refused to pay it, giving no valid explanation.
