Request Israel, the gentleman is fluent in several languages and has the professionalism required to provide excellent service. Angel like personality and reliable speed.
If the rating can be 0, I will give it 0. There is no way to reach to local bank at this location, because they don't bother to have a voice mail option. And I called to make sure that the appointment made online with them will be working for me. I need notary service, so I want to make sure at the time of my appointment, they do have the staff with qualification show up, because I will bring witness with me and I do not want to waste their time.
Such a bad service, especially the front advisor guy. My debt card has some unauthorized activity on it, and I ask him what should I do. He just send me off by replying me to check is the email I get it’s Bank of America number is the correct one for their official number MYSELF (to check if it a fraud or not) and then call the number to solve the issue. I wonder they do t even know their own bank’s official number?!! And they literally did nothing, not a single attempt to help me to solve and clear the issue. When I come in... read more
Israel at Bank of America provided exceptional service while helping me open a new account. He took the time to understand my situation and offered detailed advice throughout the process. Even though he was assisting another customer first, he made sure to give me his full attention when it was my turn. The branch itself is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out was the level of care and thoroughness in explaining everything - definitely above standard banking
