I have never had an issue at this location. Everyone is very helpful even if you don’t have an appointment
I had the pleasure of visiting this branch today and had a wonderful experience! I came in to make necessary changes to my account and had to bring in my toddler who wasn’t feeling well, Juan and Ahmed made it so much easier and gave us great customer service! Juan offered sweets to help calm down my toddler and Ahmed was extremely kind and made sure to work quickly and efficiently so we could make it back home sooner. I appreciate both of their kindness and support!
Nothing but issues with this bank. From opening the account, to deposits, payments, cash withdraws, merchant services for a business account. I can keep going.
I come to this Branch 2 times a week and the Banker behind the counter Edwin should have an award he knows us by name he treats us like family he is so kind their is no word's I can think of that shows his professionalism Thank you sir and BOA for always giving us a great time when we approach the counter
I'm a customer at this bank and I would not bank anywhere else the people here are super friendly Lisa is amazing.. I love going in and knowing that they know me by name
