This bank is a rip-off I made an ATM deposit of 1200 cash the machine shut down after taking my cash I went into the bank they told me there is nothing they can do. I have to file a claim. They told me it will be 30 days until I get a decision.
I have seen the very negative reviews with the 2 star like a warning, but, as a positive human beings I have decided to ignore the warning thinking that they might have been working on doing better, until I got there and met a short Hispanic guy with two hearings very rude and condescending with no patience of listening to my main concerns ignoring my sacrifice to make a trip to the store telling me they don't have availability for any appointments and I have to call customer service which is Like playing the lottery to get ... read more
The atm eat your money when you do deposit for credit card payment. And cancel your transaction and spit out only fraction of the amount $ you put it in. When you call to do a dispute they said they found nothing wrong with the machine and expect you to take the lost when it’s their machine is messed up. And ofc I know what I put into the machine especially just did a withdrawal from the atm!!!!! Cannot trust this bank anymore!!!
Have not been able to log in for months and upon visiting the branch was given a card with an 800 number and told good luck. Garbage bank with garbage service.
Wait 15 min no acknowledgements even when walking by. Rep finishes with customer sits in office never says a word I wait longer finally get up and goes to office and told did not have that service. Terrible customer service. The worst.Advantage customer most likely will change banks.
