I simply went in to cash a check that was written out of a bank of america account. I am not a customer of this bank and they had no reason to show me the courtesy and kindness that they did. If I could give a hundred stars, I would. I'd walked in carrying my granddaughter's carrier and the manager not only pulled up a chair for me, but told me to sit down with the baby and stood in line to save my spot. I had the pleasure of visiting this branch today and had a wonderful experience! I came in to make necessary changes to my account and had to bring in my toddler who wasn’t feeling well, Juan and Ahmed made it so much easier and gave us great customer service! Juan offered sweets to help calm down my toddler and Ahmed was extremely kind and made sure to work quickly and efficiently so we could make it back home sooner. I appreciate both of their kindness and support!
Nothing but issues with this bank. From opening the account, to deposits, payments, cash withdraws, merchant services for a business account. I can keep going.
