This place needs to either hire more people or close down. No teller at the branch and the employee made us wait over 15 mins before telling us she doesn’t know how much longer it will be. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA! Horrible customer service and Bank!
On Christmas Eve I went to this location to cash a Bank of America check after being denied by the Commercial Drive location. The manager was dismissive. I had to beg him to help me so I could purchase Christmas presents for my son. He directed me to a representative who said she was too busy. He then told me to take a seat in Daniella's office but advised that they still may not be able to help. Well Daniella did help me. She is great at her job, empathetic and is an asset to Bank of America.
I need cashier checks. And the woman said “the manager in the meeting all day and you need to go first colony branch”. If you cannot keep manager for my request, don’t open the branch. Very bad experience. The other branch said the same thing and I came here. I will drive to First Colony branch for my money. I will withdraw all my money and I will deposit to the chase bank.
Daniella Taylor, she is the person who helped me with each and every single doubt and got it solved with very patience and also she has given me so many tips to how use the app. Great service
I was having trouble getting cash out because I was waiting on my new debit card in the mail to come in. The digital card didn’t want to load onto my Apple Pay so I couldn’t use the ATM. I went inside and Daniella helped me with my troubles. I was able to pay for my bill on time thanks to her! Daniella was very kinda and patient, I would go to her again with any of my banking needs!
