I walked in one day to see my favorite banker. Have been seeing her for years. Always helped us. Had to apply for a second car loan for myself and open a credit card for my teen. When I walked in all the employees had these weird headsets on. Apparently they are turning the place into a call center. Unfortunately I couldn’t get an appointment and had to leave. Not sure what corporate is thinking here.
Opened account only because they said I’ll have digital account right away for use. After i opened it, banker tells me go ahead open app and do this and that, after its done, oh sorry, its not showing on your account so you have to wait till your physical card comes then you can add it on your digital wallet! I mean if i knew this what would happen, I would not open checking account in first place! Plus customer service on the phone took 3 hours to call me back… definitely bad experience false information or tellers not educ... read more
This place needs to either hire more people or close down. No teller at the branch and the employee made us wait over 15 mins before telling us she doesn’t know how much longer it will be. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA! Horrible customer service and Bank!
On Christmas Eve I went to this location to cash a Bank of America check after being denied by the Commercial Drive location. The manager was dismissive. I had to beg him to help me so I could purchase Christmas presents for my son. He directed me to a representative who said she was too busy. He then told me to take a seat in Daniella's office but advised that they still may not be able to help. Well Daniella did help me. She is great at her job, empathetic and is an asset to Bank of America.
