Very crappy bank would recommend you bank elsewhere !
This is related to the drive-thru ATMs. There is constantly an issue with the drive-thru ATM attached to the bank wall. This time, it has been out of service for nearly a month. Over the last few years, it is regularly out of service. It is not uncommon to wait up to 30min to use the ATM as a result. Also, they don't do anything to let you know it's out of service. Very racial had an appointment was five minutes late. They let one customer ahead of me, which is OK I was late. Then she went to the second one and ignored me and told me you were late five minutes so I think it was racial spaniel is more Mexican than whites. She was Mexican. Very disappointed in Bank America. I will go deeper with these complaints to the corporation, not manager cause they’re all Mexican and I’m white.
