This is related to the drive-thru ATMs. There is constantly an issue with the drive-thru ATM attached to the bank wall. This time, it has been out of service for nearly a month. Over the last few years, it is regularly out of service. It is not uncommon to wait up to 30min to use the ATM as a result. Also, they don't do anything to let you know it's out of service.
