Slowest bank ever. Poor customer service
Went in on a early 11am Saturday morning and they had only two tellers to service the branch. Also and extreme long line wrap around outside with senior citizens standing up for long period of time. It took me 1 hour to get in front of a teller. They telling the people in the long line please be patient with us which is wrong. Whomever manages this bank branch and their manager should be ashamed of themselves. Always on Saturdays their should be 4 to 5 tellers. Even with a small request to change a pin, an appointment was said to be needed, online associate did not say that. No time for their business customers leaving us stranded. Guess the associates only move at one pace....Slow. this was at 12 and BOA said 2 appointments were left till they closed at 2pm. With their other policy changes for business customers I am considering leaving.
