I had a great experience today at the Bank of America 60 bullsboro Dr, newnan, GA 30263. Ledany Contreras Valles assisted me with outstanding professionalism, kindness and patience. She clearly explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. Her friendly and respectful attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Thank you for your time and dedication!
The slowest tellers. Unexplainably slow. If you can go to a different BoA, do.
Never use this ATM. I deposited $520.00. machine took the money and gave me a receipt that “we cannot process your transaction and cannot give your items back”. I am still waiting. I have filed the complaint at the customer care. I have file the compliant at consumer financial protection, Bureau. It’s been three months. I didn’t get my money back and not any positive response from the bank.
