After more than 20 years of banking with Bank of America, I had a disappointing experience at this branch on November 5, 2025. I arrived before closing time, right after depositing $1,900 at the ATM, hoping to get some quick assistance with a business debit card issue and to close an inactive business savings account. She clearly explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. Her friendly and respectful attitude made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in.
