The worst customer experience I have we ever had. Terrible and people do not know what they are doing there. Its so bad I am taking out my money and closing my account

Some employee needs to learn how to communicate with customers, all customers. Will update here if I see improvements.
Everytime I go inside, the teller always ask me to use the ATM. It’s like they don’t want to work or something. They also try to sell me something every single time I go in. It’s annoying. Hours are awful. Never open late and closed Saturdays. Slow and pushy service.
Poor service! Not honest on customer!
