Some employee needs to learn how to communicate with customers, all customers. Will update here if I see improvements.
Everytime I go inside, the teller always ask me to use the ATM. It’s like they don’t want to work or something. They also try to sell me something every single time I go in. It’s annoying. Hours are awful. Never open late and closed Saturdays. Slow and pushy service.
Poor service! Not honest on customer!
Bad service. Only one person handling all this, front customer service and drive thru. Front desk person was nice but don’t like to wait long.
