Very bad customer service! Both the teller and the manager seemed to know nothing about their job, gave me very misleading and unprofessional advice on the issue I was asking. They did not even read through what I provided. I got to be waited in an office and got told that sb else would see me, yet nobody showed up. Very unfriendly and short-staffed location. I would give a negative if I could.Â
