Best bank i ever banked with . I’ve had my bank card for a month with them . My Card ended up being compromised and money was stolen . Josh Was very helpful he helped me out a lot i’m very grateful . Problem solved
I have been using this Bank of America in Seneca for nearly 10 years, and the manager has always been kind so has the young colored guy as well who's been there just over a couple years..... The general manager even bought my autistic son a birthday cake. The newer guy and there was a shorter lady from the Clemson branch who used to work there, and she was sweet. However, there is one lady who diminishes the excellent customer service provided by these three employees, causing me to give them a less than good review
I went in to cash a check that was drawn on a BOA business account (#charlesschwab). The teller (a black male) said he could cash it for an $8.00 fee. No, thank you. Charles Schwab has already paid BOA, and BOA could easily cerify that the money is there to cover the check. This is just fee gauging! I see why the clients of your bank rate your services so low.
