People are friendly and want to help but avoid BoA. What they can and can’t do to help for different situations is crazy…
Very rude male worker I’m not sure if he was the manager/teller. He seemed like we were a bother, and my dad has been with Bank of America for over 20 years. The worker acted irritated. We just had some simple questions about the future of my dad’s account as he’s getting older.
