The banker said that he’s get in contact with another branch to discuss death certificate and setting up beneficiaries. The banker apparently lied because the banker that he mentioned didn’t ever receive an email from him. They also said they couldn’t help b/c death certificate was not on file. Also a lie. Worthless! Not worth your time!
Moved an account from Las Vegas to Battle Ground. In person interaction was fine. Over the next few days, I had additional questions which I outlined in an email to the Relationship Manager. Days went by with no response. Emailed again … after 2 days, still no answer. Have called 3x today with no human. Time for a new bank I guess. Incredibly annoying.
Worst service ever!! The 2 tellers were the most apathic, dismissive and unhelpful people I've experienced in years!! I went in with a couple of simple banking chores and got ZERO real answers, neither went of of their way to do a damned thing. I am just disappointed in such service. If I could give zero stars I would!
