Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. The manager is arrogant, smug and unhelpful. Its honestly gross how little they value their customers. Guess it's time to vote with my wallet and bank elsewhere.

I stopped in to have someone help with a new account I had opened. The staff were all very friendly and personable and helped solve my issue quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely stop at this branch again should I ever need to.

I am surprised at the negative reviews I see here. I do most of my banking online. I hadn't been to a branch in years. A couple of days ago I had to visit the branch in Battle Ground to get some documents notarized and some questions answered regarding an estate settlement. I was concerned that it would be a lengthy and possibly frustrating experience. The banker said that he’s get in contact with another branch to discuss death certificate and setting up beneficiaries. The banker apparently lied because the banker that he mentioned didn’t ever receive an email from him. They also said they couldn’t help b/c death certificate was not on file. Also a lie. Worthless! Not worth your time!
