I always visit this branch it’s 5 mins from my place and very helpful and friendly team there. I will recommend to all family and friends they have Merrill representative there everyday.
I have visited this branch about four times and have always received good service. However, I recently had a disappointing experience. One of the associates scheduled an appointment for my wife and me with an advisor regarding an account matter. We arrived on time and waited about 15–20 minutes before an employee informed us that the advisor was not working that day. Zelmar Melgar was wonderful. He helped me with deposits very efficiently and gave me water when noticing that I was tired. I feel at home when visiting BOA thanks to his wonderful customer care.
