I appreciate the personalized care that Saima provides as manager of this branch. I have been with this branch for many years and the service has been excellent. She has been quick, efficient and informative for all my banking needs.
The staff here is amazing. Always smiling and helping customers. The branch manager Rosa is great and so is the cashier Cindy. I come here about once a week for the top notch service.
Went to this bank location to try to deposit a check. ATM did not accept deposits at the moment so I went inside. A Caucasian female with a heavy make up refused to accept my check because it was posted for later date. This is the first time it ever happened. I went to any bank with checks with later date and they always accepted it. Also No greetings hello how are you or any of that.
