First complaint is no drive thru and usually 2 tellers when there's a long line inside the bank ..... bank tellers are very slow and it can get people frustrated from the long wait....
I tried calling them to make an appointment to open an account and their phone systems forward you to a whole different company that tries to sell you stuff. They say they aren’t in any way affiliated with BOA yet BOA sends anyone who calls to their company. It’s a huge problem when you can’t even get someone to talk to in the phone just a predatory loan/credit company. Gross.
Stephanie was amazing. Her knowledge, her personality, her essence all shown through like a bright star. I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of 5! She made us feel like family! What a gem!
