This branch has the most incompetent staff. When asking about the semi quincintennial quarters, all I hear is lies or cluelessness. “Wait, what quarter? “Oh you have to order that online” amazing how the US mint website says nothing about banks being clueless about that quarter. It also doesn’t say you have to order online. US mint website says those quarters will be available to ALL BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS NATIONWIDE. The staff needs to work on their lying techniques. Lie quicker and better.

Went into this branch to close our account. This process took over one hour! Had to wait before the teller could get to her desk, someone had to relieve her at the window….finally get to her desk…lots of unnecessary small talk! I was asked for documents that were both unnecessary, nor did I have to provide them and the lady was so aggravated, she said, so you REFUSE to produce these? No wonder they're rated a 2.7. Refused normal business service in middle of day. Refused to cash a check in their name. The sad part is I even have... had an account there.
