Absolutely rudest bank people I ever dealt with at the 24 mile in Shelby Road office, I’ve been going there 50 years and I’m ready to pull out every dime that I have that’s how rude they were
Went into this branch to close our account. This process took over one hour! Had to wait before the teller could get to her desk, someone had to relieve her at the window….finally get to her desk…lots of unnecessary small talk! I was asked for documents that were both unnecessary, nor did I have to provide them and the lady was so aggravated, she said, so you REFUSE to produce these? No wonder they're rated a 2.7. Refused normal business service in middle of day. Refused to cash a check in their name. The sad part is I even have... had an account there.
