Bank is permanently closed since July 23, 2019... find another location
This place is horrible. I had to starve my family all weekend and Monday ( Presidents day) because of these morons. I sometimes cash my check here, they know me. Last Friday they wouldn't let me cash here because they said my name was misspelled, but wasn't and I cashed a check, same check same amount from the same place. The girls there always have an attitude and are not very nice. I would give this place a 0 star rating but I couldn't so that's the only reason I gave 1 star.
Betty is horrible and counting is a fundamental. I was depositing for my company and she put down the wrong amount in for two of my three deposits and then going to ask me to change the amount, I am depositing. SMH. I guess they like to make people look stupid. Betty then calls over Janet who tried to explain to me how to make a deposit for my company. One the best places when it comes to customer service. Their friendliness and attention exceeds expectations. I've been baking there for many years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend.
