One teller at 345 pm. Long line. Two managers standing out front but can’t help - “not a teller”. Probably mortgage and investment sales - now for that they’re ready. I really need to switch banks even tho been with them 30 years. Nothing but crap service.
The Preston Lakes branch of Bank of America is the best branch of any bank on the planet. My weekly deposits are made quickly and efficiently, and every employee treats me as though I am the only customer they have. I'm so appreciative of their courtesy toward their customers, even at their busiest times. Thank you for all you do for all of us!
