Just opened a small business account, the lady that opened my checking and savings accounts never requested a debit card. Yet told me it would be in in 7 days. The 10th day came and I made the call to customer service to find out it was never coming to begin with. So they then shipped one to me and then the pin I chose isnt valid with my card so therefore I still cant use my card. I also was told have to come in when I work almost everyday before they open and after they close cause theyre hours are short. So needless to say... read more

Amy the bank manager is wonderful. She is always so bubbly and understanding. Any concerns are resolved by her and she seems to communicate well with team. Katlyn the teller is another I deal with, she has been good too. Exceptional customer service from this branch everytime I come in, but the branch could use modernization.... I wouldn’t expect anything less from such wonderful employees, but surprising for a big bank. I will be staying with Bank of America for a long time

I was told I could close my account through the app... Doesn't work like that, have to call. I called twice to be transferred to a call center twice more...I just want to close my account.... If you can't, fine, just transfer me to someone that can. Giving me the run around when all I want to do is close out my account. The run around and lack of people willing/able to assist is why I won't be back when I finally figure out how to get this closed...
