Bank of America sent me two debit cards and three mails with PIN numbers. None of which worked and still isn’t working. I was advised to come in to change the pin with a BOA representative- wait time was over 30 minutes in line. Just to get to the teller and be told I have to make an appointment. They told me have a seat and we will call you up when ready. It’s been two hours. Banking with them and have my money but I can’t access it. This is what makes America worse again.

Today 12/14/24, I walked into this bank and got on line. When I finally get to the teller (last booth in the back) (I don't recall her name, but at about 1:05 pm) her system was down, and she was the only one with an issue where I could not deposit my check, but in the end I was dismissed when she just called the next person. I specifically asked her if she could direct me to someone else that could help me so that I wouldn't have to make the line again. That did not happen. I went to couple of time to this branch. The service was always the best as usual, Specially the Manager named Melissa, she was on top of all! Really I highly appreciated your service though you guys were super busy today and squeeze the time for me to activate my card which was having some fraud issues!!!! Thank You Melissa!!!
