Consistency slow, understaffed, absolutely no sense of urgency and zero personality or customer service. Just walk in and expect all the employees to stare at you with a blank stare. No hi how are you… please have a seat, what can we help you with. Not one said thanks for coming in have a good day…. 3-15 people in line… we don’t care. We’re only going to keep 2 tellers… Just a bunch of mindless employees. Hire based on skill… not baseless qualifications…
