Awesome customer service provided by Roxi, she was very professional. After visiting several major banks and attempting to open a Trust Account with the staff not knowing how to process legal paperwork. Consistency slow, understaffed, absolutely no sense of urgency and zero personality or customer service. Just walk in and expect all the employees to stare at you with a blank stare. No hi how are you… please have a seat, what can we help you with. Not one said thanks for coming in have a good day…. 3-15 people in line… we don’t care. We’re only going to keep 2 tellers… Just a bunch of mindless employees. Hire based on skill… not baseless qualifications…
