My elderly mother went into this branch to cash her check and they said they couldn't without giving her explanation. She called my wife to see if she can explain then suddenly they are able to. When asked what the issue was, the teller was telling her that there's no issue. Obviously there was some issue but they are dismissing her. My wife heard the teller and she couldn't believe how rude and condensing her tone was to an elderly. She also refused to accept or listen to my wife who was trying to assist.
