Are they INCOMPETENT or BoA is just a SHIT BANK???? PROBABLY BOTH!!!! I asked to transfer money to an other bank and they told me i cannot except by Wire Transfer and cost 30$!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did that millions times with others banks for free and fast but BoA They CANNOT?????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
