Since I bacame a customer, in 1980.. I have watched B of A go from 3 WONDERFUL BRANCHES with drive through atms DownTO ONE, 1/2 FAST BRANCH that still deserves to be in a Mobile home trailer... B. of A. CLosed the South CHurch Brach with it's HANDICAPPED friendly drive up. AND as of YET REFUSE TO RE-OPEN THE ONE HERE AT SUTTON ... They have no HOME LOAN officers in-house, all online wit Delaware, or Carolinas... 2 week new replacement C/C is now the average???
Elizabeth McCown is the one I always look for when I go for my visits. I must say she is the best and when ever anyone visit this branch. You guys should definitely visit her.
So rude, they turned off my card due to security reasons made me an appointment and then I find out I’m still being charged on my card before my appointment. Very strange
