Always a pleasant visit,great customer relations and friendly staffÂ
The level of unprofessionalism at this branch & bank is unreal. I rarely go into this bank, and when I do each and everytime, the employees are rude ask questions they shouldn't, their ATMS are serviced on Friday mornings and you can hardly pull any money out. Their fraud level is absolutely ridiculous. Homeles sleeping by the ATMS! I pull money out to pay my bills and get asked what's going on? That is not how you talk to a customer. I think it would be best to set up trainings with their staff on how to talk to customers. ... read more
Had to reorder business debit cards three times and ended up going to the one in Auburn just to find out they never ordered them to begin with.Â
Teller was extremely rude. Absolutely the worst and judging by other reviews I think this is how they are trained to treat people. Avoid going here if you can.Â
