This financial center wouldnt allow us to turn in coins! They said they would only do it for business customers. My kids have been saving coins for dianeyland for years and they refused them! The teller was the rudest woman I have ever worked with there!! Im closing my accounts and never coming back.
This bank has allowed my account to be compromised on five separate occasions by changing the address on my account without my permission and sending my statements to someone other than me. Each time, they claim it was an administrative error and they have "fixed it", then it happens again. The people in the branch are largely unconcerned, even the manager! I would avoid Bank of America like the plague: They DO NOT safeguard your information, and there is no recourse!

Although Dani was helping out from another branch, his customer service was probably 10 stars but I couldn't tap that many. Thank you so much for helping myself and my husband change our address.
