This company is horrible! They will charge you if you don’t have something directly deposited into your account every month. Completely out of nowhere. My checks are physical taken to the bank and deposited, but that doesn’t matter to them! It’s insane.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to call and get a live person. Rings and rings and rings and nobody picks up. Have tried numerous times over and over again...never had anyone answered the phone.

Do not trust this bank with large sums of money. They don’t trust their customers at all and make them feel like they are doing something wrong by trying to manage big amounts. What’s funny is what’s a big amount in their eyes is a tiny amount in mine. I even had the blond lady at the counter tell me the money on my check was not mine. She tried to talk down to me instead of doing her job as a bank teller. Again if you have large sums of money do not trust this bank.

Horrible customer service worst in my life. A blonde clerk started shouting at us but never answered any questions really but did say the manager needed to be there for our services and so we shouldn't of come, as if anyone knows the managers schedule. I would not recommend trusting them with large sums of money because they seem very nervous being around it. Of course in boa fashion this was the customer'sfault and they did everything right. Though the reason they have 2 stars is for bad customer service.
