Today I had a great experience at this location. My elderly Mother who is in her mid 80’s had issue with one of her accounts at BoA. We called the 1800 # . After being on hold over 40 minutes. We were instructed to go into a branch to speak with someone. I located the nearest location which was the Panola road in Stonecrest.I started not to go to this after reading the reviews.
