Where to start!? I went in with my elderly mother to cash savings bonds. She is 80 years old and has difficulty getting around. I went in with a slight attitude I admit because we always have problems at this location. Always. I asked what their bond cashing policy was. Jennifer advised if it was more than 31 bonds they had to be mailed off or they could cash 10 per TRANSACTION. No problem! I said I'd be happy to step in and out of line to cash the bonds.
