Bad experience wouldn’t cash my work check because my license expired but I had the paper copy on my phone and expiration date of my license. Still waiting to get my driver license. Bank of America need to upgrade their system. It’s no way I shouldn’t be able to cash my check from FedEx when FedEx bank with them . They could have pulled up my check in the system. She went above and beyond to assist me with my accounts, taking the time to answer all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Rude...rude...rude teller. On 05-26-25 I was there to cash and deposit a check just like I do every week. Teller made sure she doesn't like Latinos and turned me around just like she did with the other guy in front of me. I had with me my bank of america card and password. She asked for my ID also. I told her nobody ever asked for my ID for years. She says ( well...today you will have to show me).
The Banking services is kind of slow. Estimated service time is about 30 minutes per person. When some peoples needs are faster than others. They need to cross train some of the tellers to do some of the client services jobs on their downtime to clear out the que. The "Host" of the bank, the coordinator ? She did everything she possibly could, its just some of the other representatives are slow. I dont feel the sense of urgency.
