We stay with bank of america mainly because of their great web site. If you can keep a certain minimum balance than you get a lot of nice perks that make staying with them worth while. However, we have never gone into a branch and got exactly what we were promised. For example, we asked to have a name removed from an account and when we got home and checked they had LINKED the account with someone else!
