For this being really the only Bank of America in peachtree city, it’s disappointing.
Came to deposit $1k plus some coins I had at home. Teller made me put in bags myself even tho they didn’t reach the amount to fit in one whole coin bag. At the end she had to count herself because like I said before I didn’t have enough to fill the bags. Not great customer service. Drive a little more and go to a different office.
Don't know his name, lil short mam with the suit and tie (black). Wanted me to wait in line for over 20 minutes for a print out of my statement !! He needs to be trained on efficiency, not order to get the customers in and out. It doesn't make sense for a customer who has to wait 30 minutes when another customer it will take only 5 minutes. I hope every body don't handle banking this way. I left and went to another location. I hope they know bank rotation ins there for more efficient and speedy Service. Ugh !! I would never again use BofA for a credit card. Trying to dispute a credit card invalid charge is needlessly painful and like chewing on glass. My experience only.
