Don't know his name, lil short mam with the suit and tie (black). Wanted me to wait in line for over 20 minutes for a print out of my statement !! He needs to be trained on efficiency, not order, to get the customers in and out faster. It doesn't make sense for a customer to have to wait 30 minutes behind another customer that will take longer to service, when the other customer will take only 5 minutes. For this being really the only Bank of America in peachtree city, it’s disappointing.
Came to deposit $1k plus some coins I had at home. Teller made me put in bags myself even tho they didn’t reach the amount to fit in one whole coin bag. At the end she had to count herself because like I said before I didn’t have enough to fill the bags. Not great customer service. Drive a little more and go to a different office.
