Just had a really bad experience at the branch. I was left waiting for no reason — all I needed was a PIN change. The man at the front was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Because of this, we’re moving all of our business assets out of Bank of America. Completely unacceptable treatment.

Ive been using this location for 3 years. I drawed huge sums, deposited huge checks, got a credit card here and I was always treated well and the transactions was done in a reasonable time. This bank is fine, and the staff is fine.
Worst bank in DFW, they do not help you with anything. I tried to cash a check and they did not help me at all. Even being a Bank of America customer. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Peor banco en Dallas , no ayudan a los que necesitan ayuda.
