Ive been using this location for 3 years. I drawed huge sums, deposited huge checks, got a credit card here and I was always treated well and the transactions was done in a reasonable time. This bank is fine, and the staff is fine.
Worst bank in DFW, they do not help you with anything. I tried to cash a check and they did not help me at all. Even being a Bank of America customer. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Peor banco en Dallas , no ayudan a los que necesitan ayuda.
I rarely go to this bank and it’s because the employees are super lazy and disrespectful, enough to lie in my face. I know you’re busy but that doesn’t give you the right to deny me service because of my big transaction.Every time I go there’s always some type of issue, they need an entire new staff. 4 or 5 times a year I go into this bank and always come out with a negative outlook on the place.
There's a teller station labeled Business Customers, but it is never staffed anymore. The Receptionist said that they did not have enough tellers. I explained to him that one of the other tellers could work that window, and then take customers when there are no business customers. He could not apprehend what I explained to him; so it's hard to tell if he was acting stupid, or if an employee could actually be that stupid. Today, 11/4/24, 10:30 a.m., 15 customers in line with one teller window open.
It’s been two weeks since I opened an account and still haven’t received a debit card. Horrible customer service at every location I’ve been to. I would suggest banking anywhere else
