I had a very disappointing experience with Marcos, the Branch Manager at Bank of America. His customer service was extremely poor, and unfortunately, he was rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. What made the experience even worse was seeing other employees willing to help and provide good customer service, while Marcos appeared to avoid assisting me and redirected people to handle other customers instead of addressing my concerns himself.
