I was at this bank yesterday May 12 2026 seeking to withdraw large amount of money in specific orders. The business teller was extremely professional and helpful. I don't know her name, but wow what a great service. I hope they promote her to management. Thank you
Rude and lazy people work here. They won’t even acknowledge you. I went to this location twice to open account and they told me they were busy.
All the time I come here always asked for come back next couple days, the whole big bank but only I person works. I don't know what manager can still be manager, they didn't how to setup people or control schedules or what.
I came to this bank to transfer some money the customer service is bad they have no respect , they are slow in service and they denied us service . Especially the Asian guy named Jack not a goo person and sufficient experience in his job .
