I had to ask my son to help me create an email so I can express my mixed feelings about these interactions. Last month, on a Tuesday, I went to this location to get my documents notarized and to open accounts for my son. Around 4:00 p.m., I walked in and was greeted by a young lady with long hair and a big smile.
