The lobby smells terrible. Also poor customer service, but I've come to expect that here. I do feel sorry they have to work in that smell though.
Customer service is worst - try figuring out stuff on your own either via app or website. Do not waste time coming here.
My experience at this Bank of America station exceeded all my expectations. I was facing a serious issue related to a business transaction, and thankfully, I was assisted by a wonderful lady named Monica Martins. She did an incredible job resolving the problem with professionalism, efficiency, and care. It was a complicated situation, but Monica made it look so easy. Thank you, Monica, your help made a huge difference!
Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. We made 3 trips (during work day after taking time off of work) to be not helped each time because of one trivial reason or the other. Not only are they utterly incompetent but they also have no interest in helping the customer. I have been a Bank of America member ever since I can remember and they forced me to look else where.
