I went in today to open a new CD account and had a great experience. L.A. was extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. The whole process was smooth and welcoming.
The lobby smells terrible. Also poor customer service, but I've come to expect that here. I do feel sorry they have to work in that smell though.
Customer service is worst - try figuring out stuff on your own either via app or website. Do not waste time coming here.
My experience at this Bank of America station exceeded all my expectations. I was facing a serious issue related to a business transaction, and thankfully, I was assisted by a wonderful lady named Monica Martins. She did an incredible job resolving the problem with professionalism, efficiency, and care. It was a complicated situation, but Monica made it look so easy.
