I made an appt to come into this location and they saw me right on time. Jasmine was who met me upon arrival in the lobby and Shehla was the person I met with for assistance. They were both so helpful! I had originally called Bank of America at the call center and was told I would need to go in person in order to change the name on my account. This bank never fails to always have a line and only one teller working and making you wait. I’ve been to other banks and it never takes this long
