On Wed., 11/5/25 I made an in-person visit with a friend to the Bank of America on Crater Road. We met with Abdou who researched and printed several statements for us. My friend had lost a pet a few months earlier so wanted proof the policy had been cancelled and a prorated credit issued. Abdou's handling of our request was incredible; he confirmed the changes, extended empathy towards my friend's loss, and showed true customer service. I would not hesitate to call upon Abdou in the future for my banking needs.
I opened an account this morning. Asia was very nice and the set up was very quick and easy.
