Today I went into the bank around 3pm the kind lady gestured me to help me at the middle kiosk . I have been banking with BoA for 10 years so I’m pretty aware of standard procedure. I went to cash two checks issued by my job and insisted that she cashed the checks and then deposit them due to requiring an instant funds. She told me she could do that and then the woman to the left of her(my right) told her that she could not process my checks because they had to match the funds in my bank account then I was turned away from m... read more
Worst bank EVER!!! They all need fired and hire a whole new crew. Incompetent from the top to the bottom........horrible
Cameron was beyond helpful he went above and beyond with every detail . I wish I had more employees like him in my company
