This is a great location if you routinely want to wait 20 minutes for a simple deposit or enjoy apathetic nonsensical tellers, if there are any available. Usually there will be one teller on the line to assist customers, while 5 other revenue-generating employees are standing around doing nothing or huddling away in their offices. What a disgrace.
My bank card expired n Nov. I called to order an update card. I've been waiting a month for my card. Here it is Christmas 2024 n no card. My other bank Primis I ordered a lost card n received card n 2 days . Picked up at my Primis bank. It use to be the bank knew when ur card expired n issued you a new one. Now we have to ordered our cards. Why is it taking so long. ? I've called n called 😡
At this bank I was discriminated against for being Latino and not writing the check in English. Despite having the amount in numbers, they did not want to accept the check. Terrible.
