Great service from platform side.Â
I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 20 years. The customer service at this location is so horrendous in this location I will be soon closing my BoA accounts and moving to another bankÂ

If I could do zero, I would put zero, negative people, blaming customers on not correctly scheduling appointment online because it does not show in their system, how they would know if it’s not correct, maybe it was just glitch in the system, Manager threatened me that if I don’t give her a good review I will have to sit and wait, Then when it was time to give me money back from closed account, she became abusive verbally only because I ask her to change her gloves, I didn’t want my ID to be touched with a dirty gloves she’s... read more
