This is one of the worst banks to do business with. I went to the bank to get my monthly statements for tax purposes and was given a number to call. I went home and called the number which I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke with a representative and was told that she had to transfer me. A recording that would stop and not let you hear the whole question then got hung up on. I am soooo frustrated with this bank its unbelievable. I called back and got transferred each time.
