We’ve been customers of Bank of America for several years, and I recently brought my son in to open a new account. The lady at the front desk suggested we start the process on the app while waiting, but we ran into some issues. Before we could ask for help, the sweetest and most patient employee, Rinku Patel, came from the back and walked my son through the entire process. I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 20 years. The customer service at this location is so horrendous in this location I will be soon closing my BoA accounts and moving to another bank
