Zero stars if I could. No on actually does any work or picks up the phone at this location! We have a newborn, my husband is away at sea, and I was trying to handle account questions regarding my father’s account as he recently passed away - so needless to say, it was difficult for me to physically try to get into the location as it was 30 minutes from us. This location is quite disappointing. Their drive-thru ATM, of which only one exist out of three lanes, is constantly not working. Do not attempt to call this place via phone. It is an absolute waste of time. They will never answer the phone and there is no recourse for having a callback. VyStar credit Union is a much better bank and they do not charge ridiculous fees as does Bank of America. I have been a customer with Bank of America for nearly 20 years. My family member tried to make a cash deposit for me at this location due to an emergency I was experiencing. Staff refused even with proper account information. I was given the managers number and told she would discuss it with me instead of over the cell phone. I called the manager, Adrianna, who I was told was awaiting my call. She actively chose to not answer her phone. I tried five times to call and gave up. My family member could see that she was not on actively on the phone as I was calling. Slow and unhelpful, managers just sit and watch lines build up.
