I'm changing my review. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning and got right in, a Jada was awesome. My advice, do not go in on a Monday and make an appointment online.
Local bank is run by DEI people from Jacksonville. Services and quality reflect the people that work there.
I'm forced to come to the bank to close an account, rather than having the ability to close it on line. The wait is 45 minutes. One person taking appointments and she doesn't seem to care about the wait. As she drifts into another room after her current appointment ends. No greeting, no acknowledgment that she will be with us shortly. This is time I won't get back.
I'm going to start off by saying I've been a customer with Bank of America and preferred and above accounts for 30 years the lady came by and walked around us to help everyone else we set there for 3 and 1/2 hours to open up a very important account for my daughter I really hope this branch text client and tell a little more seriously in the future so we had to walk out after 3 and 1/2 hours wasted it still hadn't been seen there's hardly anybody in the building does that really no speech for that
The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late father's accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of America's estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information.
