Impossible to get anyone on the phone at this location no wonder they have 2.4 stars.
I'm changing my review. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning and got right in, a Jada was awesome. My advice, do not go in on a Monday and make an appointment online.
Local bank is run by DEI people from Jacksonville. Services and quality reflect the people that work there.
