Incompetent staff that are rude, unprofessional, and share incorrect information wasting the time of consumers. Practices are inconsistent. Went to another branch in the metro area and one would have thought it was a completely different company.
On May 12, 2025, I made a relatively small transaction at the bank, which involved a teller and two managers intervening. It took them over 35 minutes to complete the transaction. I have been a customer at this bank for over 10 years and have a credit limit of over $10,000. I don't understand why I had to pay an $8 fee for four different checks. The worst part was when I asked the manager, "Why is this transaction taking so long?" The manager responded, "We cannot let you walk out with that amount of money." I don't remember... read more

Went to open a new account and was told there is a 2 hour wait but seem no one in the offices working with people. Told they would call me in 2 hours to come back. Never received the call.
