On May 12, 2025, I made a relatively small transaction at the bank, which involved a teller and two managers intervening. It took them over 35 minutes to complete the transaction. I have been a customer at this bank for over 10 years and have a credit limit of over $10,000. I don't understand why I had to pay an $8 fee for four different checks. The worst part was when I asked the manager, "Why is this transaction taking so long?" The manager responded, "We cannot let you walk out with that amount of money." I don't remember...Ā read more

Went to open a new account and was told there is a 2 hour wait but seem no one in the offices working with people. Told they would call me in 2 hours to come back. Never received the call.Ā
Worst branch ever, no business line, one cashier trying to serve all customers after 20 minutes in line I left line almost not move.Ā
