MR. G. DANNY EDWARDS that currently works at the Bank Of America on Keys Ferry St. in McDonough GA is a horrible customer service representative/ADVISOR. He should be REPRIMANDED FOR HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM. Never judge a book by its cover. He should be ashamed of the way he interacts w/people of color. Specifically AFRICAN AMERICANS. Especially since he's African American himself. He truly needs a CULTURAL DIVERSITY training class.
ATM outside didn't take my card and needed to go inside and service were slow, but good customer service.
Asked the teller for a print out of my bank statement and he told me no! That I had to go have a seat and wait in the business area behind 4 other people. Even though other tellers have done it for me with no problem. Terrible customer service!!
