Bank if America has closed all our local facilities making it necessary to drive 11-15 miles away for a minimal service such as ATM . Poor customer relationship I feel.
I made the trip from Wisconsin to the Crystal Lake branch, and Kamal made it well worth it. She greeted me with genuine hospitality and refreshments, creating a welcoming atmosphere right away. More importantly, her knowledge and insight was exceptional—she understood my concerns quickly, explained everything clearly, and guided me through each step with confidence and clarity. Kamal’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made this a truly outstanding experience. Highly recommended!
Many branches closing. At one time you could deposit loose cash at ATM but no longer.
I've been a bank of America customer for over 20 years and have had excellent customer service at the Crystal Lake branch. There very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. A++
