This branch helped turn around my negative impression of BofA. I have to drive a long way to a local branch, and FSA Alex made the trip worth it. He was kind, sincere, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions about my account and fixing all of the items on my checklist that I'd saved up for an in-branch visit. Best Bank of America location I’ve ever been to, and I’ve had to visit many over the past 20 years for my employer’s accounts.
