Been with Bank of America for more than 30 years, through several mergers. I like having a relationship with a bank and that’s why I’ve stayed with them for so long. However, if you were going so strongly, encourage people to use your drive-through’s, make sure they have ample room to turn the wheels without scraping the rims of the car. There are several scrapes on the curbs in your drive-through, one of them was my car today. Excellent customer service.
Was just there 8/25 and there was 2 people ahead of me plus one being attended, attendant had nice lots conversation abt her landlines and her trip with the costumer, so long that the 2 in front of ne got aggravated and left. Figured I stay, more than 2omin waiting I figured ill talk ti manager and ask if we can get some help. He said " should only be couple more min", after 5min i said thanks and iam leaving.
