This bank just took away my line of credit out of nowhere; no one ever gave me an explanation. Shitty bank.
Billy told me he can’t look into my account but a third party from another country can? All I needed was someone to tell me why a deposit didn’t go through but they didn’t want to help me. Really don’t understand how the people who work at the bank have less authority over the random people who handle customer service often in another country but I guess this is how bank of AMERICA works now. Thanks for nothing Billy!
