Decent phone app, but other then that their hours are b.s. if they're even open at all at your location. . So i called this location for information on a car loan. Typical questions how much millage, how many yrs young, and amount the loan needs to be. The clown who answers for their lending division tells me he cant give that info over the phone and to just come in and fill out paperwork. Bank of America at Crystal lake is my local bank any time I need help like booking an appointment or deposit checks /cash very professional staff. Specially Kamal Singh at the branch is an experienced professional staff and always helpful and guide us different ways of banking. Definitely I will recommend her in dealing any banking services.👍
They never answer the phone
What bank requests an appointment for a straightforward wire transfer? This is an absurd request. Consequently, I intend to close this account. As a long-standing Wells Fargo customer for over two decades, I have never encountered such an inconvenience. I sought an alternative option, which is why I opened this account.
