I had a great experience with Ms. Ulku. She is great with customers and is always smiling.
Mercedes the manager is not only rude but she is Prejudice. I am a young business owner who owns multiple business but she harassed me in front of customers claiming as if I had no proof I owned a company. You shouldn’t allow people like this to work at a bank that already robs people. I will not return here due to her.
Terrible Bank hrs 10-4 closed Saturdays not 1 bank chain has hrs like this I will transfer to another bank with reasonable hrs
Horrible hours, normal working people can no longer afford to visit the location, as they now only operate Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.
