I really do not understand why there is such a bad rating of the branch. To me, the stuffs were amazing. They described every little things in details and it was the smoothest possible bank account opening with them. Thanks to Humayoun who also followed up if there was issue with banking. Till now I have been provided a great service from BofA.
I came into this branch to have my direct deposit form signed so I could provide it to my employer. The staff did give me a voided check, which I appreciated, but when I explained that I also needed the bottom portion of my form signed, they refused. The part that disturbed me most was what happened next. After handing my paperwork to the supervisor, she came out and asked me, “What papers do you need me to sign for your housing authority?” This was highly offensive and inappropriate. I was served by a very friendly gentleman named David and the operations I needed to do we're done very efficiently. It's a small but nice office, with two ATM tellers that are accessible 24 hours. There's also a convenient parking lot right in front.
This is nice place to open account and follow your need. Especially with nice and kind banker. I had several appointments for several need and Dildara one of the banker is very nice person and helpful and patient.
