Store refused to close an account and made the process drag on for several months. Once we were able to close the account they wanted to charge fees on the months that the account sat due to their own process. So now we are forced to pay fees on an account of a person who has passed. Straight scamming people who are dealing with loss. I would not recommend a company that does that to people.
In May 2025. My mom was just released from the hospital after having 4 strokes in 9 month. She was sitting in my car very weak and could barely walk. We did not have a walker or wheelchair with us at the time. I went inside of BOA on N Broad st, in Winder Ga and spoke briefly with a gentleman named Mikiyah informing him of my mom's condition and that I could not withdraw funds from my mom's account to pay her bills because I was not on her account.
