Never visited the BOA drive thru
Met with a buyer of our vehicle at the bank. Had an appointment, but bank people were an hour late. Honestly, they didn't know how to pay off the loan/lien and had to call the main BOA number for advice. That was after they advised us wrong about how the cashiers check should be made out. So buyer had to go to his bank again and redo the checks. OMG! What should have been a simple process turned into a fiasco. How can "experts" at this bank be so ignorant of how to process a loan payoff???
I cash a check there every once in a while and they are very nice there at the winder Georgia location!!
