I needed to come in to get a service done by them, so I called to make sure they could do it and verify what I needed to bring. Before I could even fully articulate the situation and ask what they needed from me, the person on the phone rudely interrupted me. Her tone was extremely rude, condescending, and impatient. Met with a buyer of our vehicle at the bank. Had an appointment, but bank people were an hour late. Honestly, they didn't know how to pay off the loan/lien and had to call the main BOA number for advice. That was after they advised us wrong about how the cashiers check should be made out. So buyer had to go to his bank again and redo the checks. OMG! What should have been a simple process turned into a fiasco. How can "experts" at this bank be so ignorant of how to process a loan payoff???
