Completely closing this branch is a disservice to our community and to your customers who trusted you enough to open an account here.. especially during a crisis (real or conceived). If anything, you should be extending hours, not completely eliminating them. Very disappointed in your poor response.
Using COVID19 to COMPLETELY close the branch. I needed to get into my safe deposit box. Had to email BOA & “they would get back to me” to schedule an appt for someone to let me in. By the time they did, it was too late. I asked when the branch would be opening. The answer: “We don’t know.” Excuse me, but ALL banks should be open. Paychecks, unemployment checks, social security, pensions are still being deposited. Bills being paid. Purchases, even if just groceries, are being made. This location is the worst! They never help and the supervisor REFUSES to help customers that are visibly upset.
