这绝对是我这辈子见过的所有银行中服务最好的银行，当我进入后不到一分钟，就有一位女士看出了我不知道该去哪个窗口排队并询问我的情况。我告诉这位女士我是来修改住址的，她听完马上把我带到她的办公室收集了我的护照信息和住址信息并验证了我的手机号，短短几分钟就修改好了我的新住址。并且她还提醒我是否需要申请信用卡，还介绍了2种不同的信用卡的好处，最后我请这位女士帮我申请了信用卡。我不知道为什么这家银行只有3.5颗星的评价，但这位女士的服务态度绝对值得5星好评
Discrimination at its finest 🤣 How many times are you going to look at my ID, read the numbers on my ID and scan my ID to see if it is real, then look at the check several times I'm not making it up 🤣 She has looked at the check over and over and then she looks at my ID over and over.. This experience is wow 🤣 Like it's simple, the Check is a State/Government check and it is an BOFA check, and I gave her the whole thing to see the validity of it. She finally cashed it. 🤦♀️
