I was immediately greeted by Kevin, who provided quick, smooth service and handled the account closure and initial transfer in under five minutes. After that, I went to the teller area where Ivy assisted me with transferring the remaining funds, also in a very quick and seamless manner. He apologized for the wait and moved along the process without rushing me but very fast and smoothly. He also allowed time to answer the questions I had and explained it in a very easy to understand and simple way what accounts were available. Prior to it, the gentleman at the cashiers was also very kind and professional.
