Zhuoqiang Chen helped me today opening a new account. He was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He apologized for the wait and moved along the process without rushing me but very fast and smoothly. He also allowed time to answer the questions I had and explained it in a very easy to understand and simple way what accounts were available. Prior to it, the gentleman at the cashiers was also very kind and professional.

I tried to order $2 bills which are an actual currency in United States dollars and I don't know if the first teller believed they existed, but then they told me I would have to get $2,000 worth in order for them to order them. I get $2 bills all the time and have never experienced this. Luckily, the BofA right around the corner was able to help me (thanks nice lady!). (To BofA - I saw you asked me to contact you but I don't use X or Facebook so I guess I'm SOL.)

I came here around noon yesterday to handle a check, and the two ladies at the counter were incredibly patient in helping me with the parts I didn’t understand—just like friends. You are among the kindest people I’ve met this year, and this bank is wonderful too. Thank you so much!
