Highly considering switching banks. I have been a customer for years seems like when I need assistance the most from this bank their always busy can never find time to assist. There never answer and leave one to attempt to figure stuff out themselves.
The push bar on the doors on the way out is a pinch hazard.

This Bank Of America has a great staff. I'm writing my review specifically to highlight Branch Manager Lluvia S. She is a hard working manager that has a lot of pride for her role each time i go in there Lluvia is ALWAYS on the move. She cares so much for her clients and her staff. She deserves more praise for her DAILY productivity each and every day. short staffed or not Lluvia S. will bring it.
