I have a savings account with Bank of America for close to 20 years. But at this location I was trying to cash in my coins and they refused to take the rolls of coins to cash them. I never had a bank refused to take my money in my life. After she refused to take my money I asked her if she knew of another bank that would take my coins and she gave no information.
