Bank of America STOLE My Money and Is Ignoring Me Bank of America’s ATM literally took my cash and never gave it back. I was depositing money — my mortgage payment — and the machine malfunctioned. No credit to my account, no refund. I opened a claim on the spot and was told it would be fixed in 2 business days. That was a complete lie. It’s now been much longer. I’ve called over 10 times, been placed on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, transferred from one useless rep to another, and given nothing but excuses and delays.... read more
I live in the south county area and all the BOA offices are closed or torn down. It is no longer the bank I want to do business with. Being an elderly woman I don’t want to drive all over just to deposit a check or get money from an ATM. What’s going on with BOA offices????
Don't waste your time trying to call and talk to someone. The phone tree is useless if you're trying to reach a human. I gave up after 20 minutes trying to get through. Service is good though if you walk in the lobby. I got a lot better service at Regions Columbia, ILwhere they knew me by name when I walked in.
