Very pleased with customer care at this particular B of A. Very professional, yet, friendly. I like that feeling.
My husband went to this bank to cash a check from a customer. They said the signature on the check didn't match and asked if my husband filled it out himself. i.e Did you steal this check and sign it yourself. Shame on this teller and the management of this bank!!!
