I wouldn’t say it if it was once or twice but it happened to me many times, bad services ever , they just refused to make a transfer for me 2 times this week just because I’m black, giving some nonsense reasons but I went to the riverside and they did the transfer, every time I want to withdraw or transfer money from this bank there is such a behavior. Honestly they need better management there .
