Come on guys 1 teller on a Monday ? I get that banks are pushing people more and more for online but this isn’t the way we need teller lines sometimes and one person on a Monday is besides me and others that were waitingÂ

I wanted to thank Mrs ULKU GURHAN for HER delegent service to open an account for me at the bank not only she was patients but also shiny smiles along the exhausting hours which made me feel so comfortable to do business with BOFA Â
I wouldn’t say it if it was once or twice but it happened to me many times, bad services ever , they just refused to make a transfer for me 2 times this week just because I’m black, giving some nonsense reasons but I went to the riverside and they did the transfer, every time I want to withdraw or transfer money from this bank there is such a behavior. Honestly they need better management there .Â
